ELL Companies grew from a business Jeff Ell founded in Arizona in 2005. What began in real estate expanded naturally as new opportunities emerged to serve clients, support businesses, and connect complementary expertise.

Today, ELL Companies is home to businesses spanning real estate, relocation, insurance, capital, and building services. Although each company operates independently, they share a practical, people-first approach and a long-term commitment to the clients and communities they serve.

Jeff Ell founded his first real estate company in Arizona in 2005 with a commitment to service and an instinct for bringing capable people together.

That original business became the foundation for a broader portfolio of companies serving clients across real estate and related services. Jeff continues to guide ELL Companies with a focus on thoughtful growth, collaborative opportunity, and long-term investment in Arizona.

His commitment to the region extends beyond business through active support of education, educators, and organizations helping young people and families thrive.
